Deborah M. Revell, CNP- APRN is a certified nurse practitioner at The Gastroenterology Group in Akron, Ohio. Deborah began her career by receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Kent State University College of Nursing in Kent, Ohio. She later pursued higher education, earning her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a women’s health and family nurse practitioner from Kent State University College of Nursing.
After receiving her master’s degree, Deborah served as an advanced practice registered nurse in a level 1 trauma center at Summa Health System in Akron, Ohio. During this time, she also served Kent State University College of Nursing in the critical care, medical and surgical, and labor and delivery departments.
She has also earned several additional certifications and licenses over the years, including advanced and basic disaster life support by the American Medical Association, advanced cardiac life support instructor by the American Heart Association, and certified emergency nurse by the Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing.
