Christine addressed my symptoms and explained what they could be from. I wanted an endoscopy for a more definitive reason for my symptoms. She approved it. & was scheduled. Christine was very personable, caring & knowledgeable. I left with confidence.

The office girls had to change my location once found my insurance would not cover main office, all was around Christmas, they worked me in and it was perfect…I appreciate ALL the work everyone did.

Dr. Pontikos was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He took time to listen to all of my concerns. His office staff is top notch just like him!

Jill was very personable and knowledgeable. She addressed all of my issues and concerns. Very thorough and thoughtful. She advised me to return for another visit if I was not back to my "normal self" in a couple of months. I liked her a lot and she gave me some ENSURE to take home to take. Very nice addition to the office. Also, the ladies at the front desk ALL were friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed talking with them. Too bad every doctor's appointment can't be as fun. BH

I was originally going to cancel my appointment because I was going for a sensitive topic but I'm really glad i didn't. Dr. Pontikos was very easy to talk to and understood my feelings. He made suggestions to resolve my issue and scheduled a follow up for 3 months to see how things are going. Everyone in the office was very courteous. I would definitely recommend him and The Gastroenterology Group.

My visit with Dr Jill Veverka CNP was excellent. She took time to talk about my health without rushing me. She was thorough. We discussed a plan of action for the coming year. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. I look forward to our next visit. I highly recommend this office.
