Had a great experience on this day, however, the last time I had called to request a refill the lady on the phone told me it had been called in but when I arrived at my pharmacy they did not have a record of anyone calling in my medication. This was on the day that I was leaving out of town and had to go without my medication. When I returned and went to pick up my meds, I learned that it was called into the wrong pharmacy which was surprising because I have been using my current pharmacy for the last 3 years. This is not the first time that I had a negative experience with the phone girls, they are often rude and unfriendly.

Jill is the first person to really listen to me regarding terrible gas pains and diarrhea after eating since my gall bladder was removed. She suggested a prescription powder to mix and drink before bed each night. It has been lifechanging for me. I am me again. Every staff member here is kind and caring. Dr. Fulton did my colonoscopy and was thorough and wonderful as well. I highly recommend this practice. Excellent in every way. Thank you for your help.

I was very dissatisfied with their phone system. When Dr. Pontikos called me with the results of my colonoscopy biopsy I wasn't with my phone to get the call. He asked me to call him back which I did on three different occasions and only got to leave a message with his medical assistant. Three months later, I tried again but selected to talk to someone in the office this time no one answered. Dr. Pontikos office called me sometime later to schedule an appointment. I was expecting to walk into an office with no front desk help. I was surprised when I found three different women working the front desk area. I was satisficed with the office visit.

Fast to get into to see this Dr. Seems friendly. And we seem to be in the same page as far as treatment as i have been dealing with this condition for many years. I just need to have a dr i can trust.

Dr. Gellis shows real concern of a patient’s medical issues. He is well aware of a patient’s medical history and clearly explains what needs to be done and why. I highly recommend Dr. Gellis.
